The house offers generous living space across ground floor and upper floor. On the ground floor you will find a modern high-gloss kitchen (Siemens induction hob, oven, Nespresso, dishwasher), a bright living room with direct garden access, a guest bathroom with walk-in shower and a small bedroom with two single beds. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed and air conditioning, and the spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, air conditioning, dressing table and private balcony. The upstairs bathroom has a bathtub with handheld shower. In the basement, a Miele washing machine and Miele dryer are available (€4.50 per use).
